      The cheese steak vendor on the corner of Broad and Samson

      Cons

      BHSI has started what seems to be a fraternity; keep your head low, don't speak up, kiss rear ends and you're good. Dare to ask questions, be treated like a human being, or care to be treated with respect and your blacklisted. You will never move up, be gaslighted, yelled at, coerced, threatened, and put down repeatedly. Employees are treated like dogs- be good, sit and beg for a treat, or be kicked.

      Pros

      Atomosphere is better than most places I've worked in most people are very friendly, relax dress, raises are given yearly work we do is extremely important changing the lives of those with extreme mental illness.

      Cons

      Very High Turn Over Rate, work can be extremely difficult mountains of paperwork, to many changes to policies and the changes are rarely positive. Lunch time is a joke most people have no time for lunch however we must insert that time on the time sheets. Working with clients is not as difficult as working with administration and co workers.

      I like my team, the employees I interact with, the work that I do, the contributions I make, what the company does for the participants it serves and initiatives, groups and projects I'm involved in. I have well-rounded, productive days.

      Cons

      I personally don't have anything not-so-favorable to say. It's what you make it. I focus on the right things.
