Does not support site staff. This company need diversity and sensitivity training for management. Lots of clicks. Over 50 emails before the start of the day, however when problems exist upper management does not listen and problems are rarely solved. Residents or Employees are not a priority. This company mainly focuses on their image that they manipulate to make themselves look good. Turnover is high, stress and frustration is a big problem with this company. Upper management is out of touch and uniformed which encourages bullying and brown nosing.

The company does company-wide new employee orientation and for some “new” employees you may be well within your ninety days and not so much of a novice by the time you are scheduled to attend your new employee orientation. Also, depending on which local site you are hired at, you will receive little to no formal training, your site may be understaffed, your colleagues are usually unqualified or ill-equipped. My overall time at one of their local sites was awful, drama-filled and by far the most toxic work environment I ever experienced.
