Pros

Easy to get a hired with a limited or introductory skill set, a good job to break in to the industry and acquire basic testing knowledge, some interesting clients

Cons

Management is terrible, the CEO is rude and only concerned with the bottom-line, poor morale, HR is all located in one city so getting anything resolved is a lengthy debacle

Pros

I have no pros to mention. I dont recommend This place for any professional

Cons

Was hired for hybrid model, but had to go to office everyday. No thresholds for their employees. It’s such a difficult task to get any approval. They give reasons for every simple thing and potray as such big issues. They hire you and ask you to relocate to a different city leaving behind your previous life, and will remove you at anytime without any notice.

Pros

Not much or barely any, maybe some as a first time job/junior QA job

Cons

I have joined PQA as a full time employee, where I have signed an offer letter obviously that have stated my salary, vacation, some words about benefits, and a probation time of three month. When I actually joined, only then I have received an actual contract to sign from HR, that I tried to argue about as leaving notice period was 30 days!!! This is where the negativity got started, I have tried to reduce this time to normal 2 weeks notice but they never agreed stating that every employee is so valuable and that is their practice for years, and more BS. I have decided not to stay with a company after four weeks of employment and have gave them ONE week notice, being ON probation period (that should be working BOTH parties and only seems to be working the PQA way) I have properly summarized and finished the tasks with the client of PQA. On my last day(Friday) I have been asked to finish earlier so I could drop-off their laptop at a Fedex location nearby and so I did. On coming Monday, I have received an email from PQA stating that they will not pay me for my last week with them as I have violated the contract and didn't gave them the required 30 days notice! I have replied back saying that it's very petty for a company with over 150 employees and that they hired over 60 employees in 2021, but they never replied. I didn't feel that working for ANY company for a short period of 4 weeks requires more than ONE week leaving notice period, looks like not when you are with PQA.
