      Pros

      High basic wage, some good people working there. Glasgow office is nice.

      Cons

      Management have no clue how to run a business. It's gone into administration more than once. Hire and fire culture. More than 30 people left at 2015 alone. The management will always point the finger at those leaving rather than look at themselves.

      Professional Recruiting Group (PRG) gives me opportunity to build my experience in teaching.

      The downside is learning how to manage kids' behaviors or attitudes in class.

      Pros

      The only pro's of working for PRG were meeting a few lovely people that worked there. Unfortunately most of whom were treated badly by the company and left accordingly.

      Cons

      Cliquey Only join PRG if you are a very experienced recruiter - they have no time for training or new starts. A lot of negative vibes through management Commission scheme works for the top dog and not so much for the dogs body No empathy with employees needs Spoken to in a rude and patronising manner regularly
