      It couldn't get any worse

      Pros

      As a long-time employee it's been a great ride but now that technicolor has washed it's hands of us it's time to move on. They worked hard to improve culture and just as it began to take hold, the walls came crashing down.

      Cons

      The end is nigh! Doomsday preppers only need apply. The benefits will probably be taken away and raises haven't been seen in years.

      A once great company went downhill quickly under horrible new management.

      Good office location A few good people still left at company

      Cons

      Lack of ethics from top down (including in HR) New ownership promoted folks who talked about what a great job they did vs. those who actually did a great job Poor morale across the board due to the above Product offerings have significantly diminished
