Pros
- Great working environment, very positive atmosphere. - Company expresses appreciation for it's staff by celebrating work anniversaries and hosting an annual staff appreciation day. - A really great place to start your career in the mental health field as there is lots of training, access to knowledgable staff, and experience working with the chronically mentally ill. - Occasional opportunities for growth, especially as the company expands.
Cons
As is true with most non-profit mental health organizations, the pay is low and raises are minimal.
