With PRT, there are none.

Cons

Bought a company and within two years 3/4 of the employees were either fired or resigned because they don’t take care of them. Changed policies that would cost key employees money, but did not give salary increases. Made promises that things would be “as good if not better” than with previous ownership which was a bold-faced lie. Got offended when questioned about their lies.

Do the work of 4 people with minimum wage increases and very weak bonuses. Executives don’t care about destroying a company that use to be great to work for
