Pros

Benefit package is very good. Merit increases are very substantial that you are able to feel the bump in your salary everytime there is an increase (of course based on performance)

Cons

Marketing Head is abusive. Causes his people to go into depression and experience mental health issues. Swears and curses his subordinates.

Good benefit package. Thats all they got

Cons

Toxic culture and home grown employees bullies new hires even the boss does the same. Management force mandated OT even on sunday on a regular basis. Most teams go home at 11pm and report to work at 7am
