      Management sees you as a number not a person. Company tends to hire new management instead of promoting from within even if you are qualified

      There are no Pros at PSG.

      Cons

      Corporate management is terrible and has no respect for their employees. It's all about making a profit and making the investors happy versus taking care of the employees. Employee morale is at it's lowest point and many good people have left the company due too its mismanagement.
