      good boss and decent team culture, flexible working hours

      lack of structure, lack of guidance and direction, messy integration processes, compensation and benefits on the low side

      The work is good, but PSI expanded too quickly and does not have the manpower to manage the workload.

      Pros

      The people are mostly great to work with. The work is interesting and there are many various tasks, which is great for people who get bored doing repetitive tasks.

      Cons

      There is too much work for how much compensation is granted. The company purchased too many other companies too quickly and took on too many new clients before securing a workforce to handle the workload. Lower management is great and would hire more of they could, but upper management restricts this because their number one goal is to make more profits.

      No supervision on site, PTO and paid holidays if full time, sometimes your coworkers are chill

      Cons

      Management, being micromanaged from out of state, pay, management, working 6 days a week, and did I mention management, everyone gets mad at you for asking questions
