Lovely people, no discrimination encountered at all. They are trying hard to keep staff happy and focus heavily on Diversity and Inclusion. Speak Freely Policy ensures that your voice will be heard without judgement. Business Communication is excellent
Cons
Head office very dated and overcrowded, Cubicles are very small and staff are packed in tightly. Old fashioned 70's air-conditioning only blows out dust and germs Illness spreads rapidly due to close contact. They are still working to the old fashioned premise of office attendance. Flexible working has been offered but with restrictions eg must attend office 2 days per week even though we have worked successfully during lockdown for 15 months now. Some systems are outdated and updated software is hard to come by. Sustainability needs to be focused on, too much printed paper and not enough recycling direction.
