      Pros

      Not many pros when it comes to the NYC office.

      Cons

      Management is narcissistic & manipulative with major bullying from the higher ups. They also play favorites and it's also a very hypocritical environment. Upper management can't be called out on anything because they run the show themselves.

      Great company to work for. Good vacation time and benefits. Upper management actually seems to care about their employees. Safety is a huge focus.

      Cons

      Insurance is bare bones. Not willing to consider work from home despite the ability to. Some middle managers aren’t the best.
