      Draining, negative environment

      Pros

      Co workers are most good.

      Cons

      Oppressive culture, theme of micromanage, upper managers allowed to behave like children. Too much yelling, fighting, blaming employees rather than providing training or systems that are modern. Operations dept useless. Immaturity and gossip. Company ran on Word/Excel.

      Pros

      If you are in the right department you will get treated well. Pay can be good, depending on position or department you are in.

      Cons

      If you are not in the right department you will be expected to do the work of 10 people. Certain departments get all the resources while all others suffer and do not get additional help. If you are certian departments you have job security. To much politics and management is disconnected. A ton of one on one meetings that keep you from doing your work. Emotionally draining company to work for. No advancement, unless you are in the right department.

      Great Company, Great People

      Pros

      Competitive atmosphere, enterprise sales strategy and high expectations with high reward. The sales department can be considered a tough environment for some, but personally, I consider it a place that fosters growth and challenges your salesmanship skills every day. Leadership is very supportive if you immerse yourself in their strategy. I wouldn't recommend being lazy or mediocre, otherwise it won't pay off.

      Cons

      Still working on some system implementation and the leasing industry is very competitive. So be ready to go all in from the start.
