      Pros

      The leadership team at Pacific Service Center genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. They are approachable, provide regular feedback, and encourage professional growth.

      Cons

      Pacific Service Center does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements. While the on-site work environment is excellent, providing remote work opportunities could offer greater flexibility for employees seeking a better work-life balance.

      Pros

      Decent pay for very short employment time. Some of the guys are cool.

      Cons

      Micro-management. Will fire you after a week... I was a welder for a week (the only welder.) The previous welder was there for a week. See a pattern? Then they said I wasn't working fast enough. All on the crew are new and WILL be replaced. Beware! They will also lie about why you were fired. Nothing good to say about this place. If there was a 1/2 star... I'd give it. Oh.. if you're female... forget it. They'll tell you that you were asking to hook up with the guys. I was professional on my job, welding. I joked with the guys, laughing. Nothing more. Yet, they lied and said I was asking for more.

      We are a growing company with all kinds of opportunities expand your knowledge and learn new trades. There are 4 locations doing different types of repairs.

      Cons

      It not always easy to go through a big growth but as a team we are getting it done.
