      Pros

      If you actually like working in the hospitality industry, it's a great dynamic. Meeting all kinds of tourists are great. You do feel like your coworkers are family/friend (but they're all fake). So don't trust anyone.

      Cons

      No growth. Especially when you work for the hotels the corporate people don't really pay attention to, you're on your own. You do so much and get paid so little. There's no growth at all. It's all favoritism to people who have worked there the longest, not how hard you've worked. Managers just care about their bonuses. Corporate ppl doesn't care about the well-being of their employees nor the guests of their hotels. HR are not for the people, they are for the good of the company. They will never be on your side.
