You will never be given an opportunity unless you are a girl, try as much hard as you want. You have to literally beg for good appraisal and for learning opportunities. The team manager is more interested on what applications you are using while at work. He likes to peep into his team mates computer. The trust factor in the employees is zero. Managers are more interested in your personal agendas. If you want to grow in your career, if you want to bring the best of yourself then this is not the place for you. There are a couple of managers who are really good at their work but they are neglected as they stand against the wrong practices followed by the other superiors. Few other people or Asst. managers precisely with zero vocabulary or zero communication skills head the team just because they give timely information about other team mates. The management rates you on the basis of how many times you leave your desk. They literally count the number of tea breaks you take. Guess what? Tea breaks a couple of times is a sin in the the sight of this companies pathetic management. Company is not at all bad but the management is literally a nuisance. Career oriented people will never tolerate their stupidity.

Lesser pay as compared to market, hopefully the latest shift of control to the parent organisation Brueckner will improve the "Compensatory" part and bring in more transparency.
