Pros

- Employee discount - Cross-functional collaboration is high - Working on a greater mission can feel exciting - It’s a start up so, you’ll wear a lot of hats

Cons

- It’s a start up so, you’ll wear a lot of hats - The CEO is an influencer who is a narcissist at best and vindictive at worst. She makes business decisions based on her own whims, not accepting new information, data, or anything related to inclusion. - There are basically no measures in place to standardize pay. - Middle management and company culture don’t exist. - There are no growth opportunities (or only opps for white ppl) & high turn over - HR does not exist and will not protect anyone besides leadership - Everyday is a fire drill - If you are LGBTQ or not a cis white straight person…be prepared to defend your very existence at every turn

Pros

Package Free is truly at the brink of something revolutionary, and it's an exciting place to work for people who are up for a challenge, ready to take on work beyond just your job title, who also have a passion for sustainability.

Cons

In true startup fashion, you might have to step in and do work beyond your job title - this might be a tough adjustment for someone coming from a more corporate background that had a defined role.
