Best training, better salaries. Nothing much excites me

Politics. Junior team was always ignored, expections are sky high and even working hours too. Frightened by the looks even after completing the hours and trying going back. and no overtime provieded. No Hybrid options . Hr and management being monarchic. And the culture very sad to say . Toxic.
