Pros
This is a fantastic company to work for. The people are personable and always eager to help. There is a lot of trust placed in individual employees to do their work as they see fit. There are also many different ways to contribute to the company's success. Finally, the company is committed to each individual employee flourishing in their role.
Cons
There aren't many team-building activities and we don't hear enough updates on the company's performance during a particular period of time.

Pros
There were some very talented engineers when I worked there. They liked to share knowledge and help each other. It has good atmosphere inside Engineering department.
Cons
Funding was tight. Software was not easy to sell - long sale cycle and not making much money. Office environment was not very nice.
