Don’t think it can get any worse. Everyone is extremely unhappy and looking for their next home. Paley’s morale is below zero and has gotten so bad people are getting migraines throughout the day. Everything is fire only to realize that it wasn’t a fire and wasted time. The management team is a joke with fake smiles and verbally abusive especially the president. I hear people talking about there are brighter days but all I see is the same. I can’t wait to get out of here. If you’re smart you’ll stay away from Paley unless u want a migraine or anxiety.
