      Good company benefits and PTO (at the expense of below market comp)

      Cons

      The leader of this firm has single handedly destroyed a once thriving business and culture. Negative performance and endless turnover year after year going back to 2021. If you look at the influx of positive reviews in the last 60 days, after months of non-stop negative reviews, it's very evident that leadership is pressuring junior employees to leave positive reviews because they literally cannot hire anyone.

      Everyone cared deeply about developing junior talent, welcomed questions, and was genuinely supportive with learning in a fast faced environment. Loved my time here

      Ability to learn a lot and work with meaningful clients, actually have a voice as a mid-tier employee with senior leadership since it’s a boutique firm, and you have the ability to move up the ranks if you’re a high performer and gain leadership skills Strong internal culture that’s less uptight with good, smart people around you and senior leadership is more approachable Free lunch is offered every day in the office They respect work life balance and PTO better than other firms

      Previous executives (that have now left) made some questionable decisions when the firm was in growth mode that required people to pivot often and quickly and caused some confusion You can expect unpredictable hours with some clients
