Good product, some good team mates and franchise owners.

Senior Management doesn't have a clue. None of them have ever done this before, which is painfully obvious. No strategy, the tactics change every morning as a reaction; execution is a joke. Headquarters feels like high school, and promotions are granted on brown-nosing and not merit. Sad to say, they have almost bankrupted the system and now are forced to make short-term cost-cutting decisions as stores close and the system shrinks. The most disappointing aspect of the new CEO is his poor selection of talent. The company can't afford to bring in anyone experienced and good, so every new hire/promotion is a step down in capability. Turnover is something like 300% as smart people figure it out.

Management sucked. Not many workers. The girl over the restaurant was constantly complaining and whining about everything. She has bad judgement, and should not be over any restaurants. She also showed favoritism. People would cough all over their hands and then touch food without a care. One of the people in charge does hard drugs and would just disappear. There is this long haired employee who always came to work smelling bad with unclean hair and the customers have complained about it. He’s always swinging it everywhere. He usually smelled like he hadn’t showered in days. That’s a hostile work environment.

Cons

Employees are left to slave away without one word of acknowledgment or encouragement. Management has no qualms about firing anyone. Forget loyalty.
