PAPCO, now owned by World Fuel Services; is a very unpleasant place to work. Subpar training and lack of leadership from management, and a toxic work atmosphere are sure to cause new employees with potential to struggle every step of the way. Warehouse management and some employees were extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only did management stir the pot amongst employees, but engaged in toxic manipulative behavior. As a result of this type of environment, employee turnover is high.
