I worked at Paperflite for a brief period of four weeks in May 2024, and my experience was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Unjust Termination: It was both painful and shocking when my manager informed me of my termination without prior warning and without considering my financial or personal status. I was in probation and they terminated me in just 28 days, even though I had a 3-month probation period. Despite having five years of experience, I was told that I lacked the leadership qualities necessary to assist my junior colleagues effectively, even though I was not hired for a senior position but as a visual designer. Additionally, they criticized my interaction with the team and my social engagement with other office staff, which seemed unreasonable given the limited time I had to integrate into an office of over 100 employees. Lack of Consideration: The abrupt termination felt unjust, especially since there was no signal or warning. It felt like there might be other hidden reasons behind my termination. I also learned that seniors provided negative feedback against me, despite my efforts to proactively ask for work when I was free. Overall Experience: The sudden and unfair termination has significantly impacted my confidence and perception of Paperflite. It is unreasonable to judge a new employee's capabilities and integration within such a short period. Final Words: If you don't mind dealing with sudden, unfair judgments, this might be the place for you.
