Great employees. Previous HR was great - really cared for the employees and worked hard to improve benefits, work environment, employee appreciation and events. COO is one of the best in the business.
Cons
Owner that is out of touch with employees, salaries and those of us that live paycheck to paycheck. Political views of management are way too obvious and have a direct impact on how business is run. Need much higher salaries for all employees across the board. More employee recognition is needed.
