      A lot of very good people working for an anti-British globalist parasite.

      Cons

      I am leaving in sympathy with an excellent colleague who was fired for being patriotic to his own country in his private life completly outside his work. It is time the British people stood up to these rootless cosmopolitan transnational anti genuine diversity thugs who support our individual nations being eradicated in the name of creating a one world government in which all races, nations, religions and people will be blended into a group of rootless consumers. I would rather be poor and free than a slave of global corporatism.

      Pros

      The variety of capabilities and the hourly work force. Benefits and pay are ok, not great. Low for the aerospace industry if your a qualified professional.

      Cons

      Pay, benefits, management team. Poor planning, most of the professional racks are non-degreed individuals who lack the proper skills for their position. Those with the skills are likely to be pushed aside or kicked out. To much of the "good old boys club.". If you willing to be a "yes" person and push junk out the door you'll do well here.

      knowledgeable employees, exciting products, decent pay

      Cons

      no respect for employees, at least at the stuart facility. Harassment and verbal abuse by management is common. very lax on safety, no drive to modernize machinery or manufacturing methods (lathes are from WWII). The other reviews on this site are no joke, nothing's changed here in years - do not apply if you value your sanity, humanity, or if you have any values of common courtesy towards coworkers and subordinates, or if you desire to work in a professional atmosphere. This applies from the janitor up to a prospective CEO.
