Pros
Great company culture - everyone’s getting sh*t done but in a much more lowkey (and more efficient, in my opinion) way than other agencies. It’s not just a bunch of white dudes in suits screaming at their assistants all day. In my department, all of the agents are accessible and friendly to assistants and all seem to have good rapport with one another which makes the work enviornment comfortable and even fun. It never feels cut-throat or overly competitive among fellow assistants nor between agents. The CEO is a highly respectable leader in the industry who emphasizes the value of fostering great talent as well as a supportive and efficient company culture. Gorgeous new Beverly Hills office, Bagel Fridays, Summer Fridays, free lunch once a week during staff meetings, and access to attend shows of awesome artists from what is considered the best music roster in entertainment. At the end of the day, everyone is working hard to collaborate with the same end vision of helping Paradigm prosper.
Cons
Training for new employees could be better. Some agents have bad tempers and don’t handle problems or frustrations appropriately but unfortunately that’s par for the course in this industry.
