Pros
PD feels more mature than its 4 years. The company has a clear technical roadmap, invests in good operations, and hires brilliant people to deliver. Everyone is collaborative and there is no ego. Our customers are big name companies and they continue to grow. I love our mission and impact in the world. It is a great place to accelerate your career since so much new work needs ownership and scope is growing. Your work matters and you aren't just a cog in a big company machine.
Cons
Team is split between remote employees and the main office in Vancouver. I like flexibility to work from home, but center of energy is in Vancouver, and most social and informal interactions. It is hard to have the same relationships remotely.
