      Quirky awards and high call quotas define the culture

      Pros

      Daily awards and prizes given out for "Top Spammer" "Least Liked Phone Personality " and "Most Unimproved Ethics" of the day.

      Cons

      Constant push to maintain a quota of at least 100 calls sent out an hour. But at least you can call the same phone number over and over, so that's not much of a con. But unlike legit workplaces, "con" is kind of seen in a positive light around here.

      Pros

      Upper management wants to see everyone succeed, They will give you all of the tools necessary and provide clear directions and tips on how to improve. The work atmosphere in the office is amazing! Yes we work hard but also play hard and joke around through out the day!

      Cons

      I am a Workaholic, my roll does not offer a lot of overtime opportunities. Around the holidays also tends to slow down a bit.
