Pros

I've been with Parenta for over 6 years and I love it. My role is fulfilling and i just love what I do and who I work with. Yes there are targets that have to be hit each month, but show me a sales environment where there is not. My manager is so supportive as is the rest of the team - i get approached by competitors often - but why would i move?

Cons

I really dislike the vindictive people who write such nasty comments on these review sites They are happy to hide behind their computers rather than be honest to those they work with. I'm sorry, but if you lied on your CV to get a job and then can't do that job this is down to you, not the people who took a chance on you. Why are you trying to drag the rest of us down simply because your left or were asked to leave. Get a life and stop trying to destroy something you couldn't even begin to understand if you were only here a few months.

Pros

Working from home and some genuinely decent people.

Cons

Parenta as a 'family' is a joke! You are only part of the family if you nod and say yes all the time without challenging what is really going on. I didn't realise how toxic this place was to my mental health until i left and de-stressed from the experience. The SMT are so insecure that they bully, intimidate and undermine anyone that seeks to make positive change, led by a weak CEO so it's no wonder they get away with it! Always focusing on the money / targets rather than encouraging and motivating people. Ignore all the gushing and positive reviews that are posted on or near the same date as they are usually 'a call for action' to make the overall Parenta grade improve.

Pros

Honestly, none. The pay isn't worth the mental and emotional abuse

Cons

Cons: Working at Parenta was one of the most distressing experiences of my career. This company is a toxic cesspool where corruption, bullying, and fear are the tools of the trade. Here’s what you need to know: Abusive Management: Upper management, particularly one individual, is a textbook example of how not to lead. This person thrives on belittling and emotionally breaking down employees, using gaslighting as a means of control. New hires are especially targeted, subjected to relentless bullying disguised as some twisted 'initiation.' Corrupt Practices: This company runs on favouritism and nepotism. Success here isn’t based on your skills or performance; it’s about whether you can survive the relentless psychological abuse or get in the good graces of the abusive manager. All the leads are handed out based on favouritism, making it impossible for anyone outside the manager's clique to meet their targets. Impossible Targets: The targets are rigged to ensure that only the favored few can achieve them. If you’re not part of the inner circle, expect to be set up to fail. When you inevitably do, you’ll be blamed and gaslit into believing it’s your fault, even though the deck was stacked against you from the start. Unrelenting Fear: The atmosphere in this company is one of constant dread. In just two months, I witnessed half of my team get fired, not because they were underperforming, but because they weren’t in the manager’s favour. This place thrives on fear, keeping everyone on edge, knowing they could be next on the chopping block for no valid reason. Revolving Door: The turnover here is astronomical. Good, hardworking people are chewed up and spat out without a second thought. Even a new manager was ousted for not playing along with the toxic power games. Unethical Behavior: The behavior of the management is not just unprofessional; it’s downright unethical. This company does not care about its employees' well-being, only about maintaining a toxic power structure that keeps everyone subservient and fearful. Advice to Potential Employees: Ignore the flood of 5-star reviews. These are part of an organized campaign by the company to do damage control and paint a false picture of the work environment. Take a close look at the dates these glowing reviews were posted—they often come in clusters right after a wave of negative feedback. Don’t be fooled by this façade. The reality is far more grim.
