health insurance is pretty inexpensive most employees are good people
Cons
Marketing is horrible they are not keeping employees in the loop laid off several employees 2 days after a speech about companies direction making it seem like the company was not in ruins

great company to work for with where you feel like you are part of a family and everyone is in it together. upper management is very friendly and always approachable.
Cons
with it being a smaller company, it can be difficult to get training and furthering education and career advancements can be hard to come by.
