Pros

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)

Pros

You’re pretty much left to your own devices until you’re not.

Cons

It’s a stagnant culture with little opportunity for growth. Not real challenging either. They really sell the ESOP but it’s just ok.
