Pros
If you like working in a startup or are barely getting into the tech field, it's a decent place to start working at.
Cons
Definitely does not pay their employees for the amount of work you do, depending on the department. Favoritism is very clear in the upper management, which made working there toxic, as noticed by other employees who were treated the same. Pretty much new management is something that would do the company good. People aren't held accountable for their actions there. It's a company that actually takes 1 step forward and 2 steps back.
