Pros
Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, Profit sharing after 1 year, vacation after 1 year) Most of the employees are very nice and easy to get along with Looks like a very nice place to work from the outside
Cons
Employees are treated with no respect. The Controller talks down to employees. There is no communication, but all employees are expected to know everything. Any time a question was asked, I was treated like an idiot All employees are looking out for themselves, not as a team working together Management is unwilling to admit any errors Women are told not to befriend the men, and are not allowed to talk to the women
