Pros
Great product with a ton of traction and credibility/brand awareness, poised to take over the market with the right direction. Most people in F&B have heard of Partender which makes it easier to sell. Product solves a big pain point and continues to improve, gives you satisfaction of knowing you're helping customers (this is more palpable if you're client facing). Fun events and conferences, some opportunity to travel. A lot of smart, good people on the team with industry knowledge. Flexible days and PTO as long as you deliver on your work, a results-oriented culture though everyone works hard and puts in their fair share of hours. High earning potential on sales team with enough initiative and hunger (good commission rate/uncapped). Health insurance, phone reimbursement and monthly stipend for gym membership and other wellness costs.
Cons
Small and scrappy team so not all processes are in place. Leadership still learning but always receptive. Team is full of nomads and having 2 offices with employees in 4 states means communication can be a struggle and requires conscious effort to keep everyone on the same page. Not ideal for anyone expecting to walk into a well oiled machine but a great place for self starters who seize an opportunity when they see it.
