      Pros

      Very people focused, They hire based on skills and consider people as a whole vs just a resource. HR and Management do a good job of making employees feels seen and offer numerous opportunities to give feedback and ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      PMG does not manage growth as well as it should. Leadership is well-intentioned but often too little support comes, too late.
