Pros
Partner Software is great if you are coming out of college or starting in a new field. The mentorship is excellent and they genuinely care about their employees and their career path. They will put a lot of responsibility on you but they trust that you will get it done and there is open communication if you are struggling with a project. Management will internally promote as you progress and work/life balance is good.
Cons
The pay is not great, which is why I said that it is a good company if you are early in your career. Benefits are good.

Pros
Supportive leadership and staff. They promote high performing employees quickly. 100% remote with the option to work in office spaces (scattered all over the US). Zero tolerance for "bad eggs" or toxic employees. Great place to learn the software and utility industries!
Cons
Software has a steep learning curve and not all processes are documented. Customers are pleasant but can be demanding sure to the nature of their jobs.
