All the 'pros' are gone. Used to be plenty. Morale is at an all time low. New management could care less about anything but themselves.

Cons

New leadership is not leading. Not communicating. Not using the resources they have. Not building a bridge to the future, if there is a future here. Trying many of the things we tried before. You wouldn't know because you don't listen to us!
