Working at Path is a master class on how to not run a company. The leadership: - Constantly changes priorities - Does not empower decision makers - Sets crazy deadlines for the sake of deadlines - Promises bonuses to employees but never delivers - Stretches resources too thin - Never prioritizes anything - Avoids accountability - Misleads customers

- If you're ambitious and want to learn a lot in the industrial robotics sector, this is a good place to be

Cons

- The management is not very transparent about a lot of things. They are also unclear about their future direction. They don't have a robust baseline software stack and it really needs a refactor, but they keep signing customers and customizing their sub-par software for each customer and miss focusing the larger goal.
