Pros

Steady work, always in same place so you know when you are going to start and finish everyday. The company actually make a really good product and a lot of the staff are really conscientious and take great pride in their work. Not back breaking work, however you are expected to work hard and efficiently.

Cons

Pay is not the greatest Current management in place are not suited for job.

Cons

A demonstration in misplaced egotistical management. A dangerous disregard for personal wellbeing and safety. Being monitored every minute of every day. A regime of blame, shame and incompetence.
