Pros
Pathzero management do a fantastic job of keeping employees engaged while also providing a great deal of flexibility in day to day work. Impactful work. You always know the value of what you're working on and who will benefit. There is a great two way feedback channel with management. They don't just hand down tasks, they encourage feedback and input which may change the scope or purpose of your work.
Cons
Being a newer company, there are some teething issues in scaling up internal processes but that's understandable for any rapidly growing company.
