Great company! The interview went well, the recruiter Mariette was amazing and helpful! She cares so much and helps you prepare so you can ace your interview. My managers and co-workers are nice and everyone I met so far was very friendly. Everyone starts at the same base pay for CSA but they tend to move people pretty quickly and can make more if you hit or exceed your upsell quota.
