A very dysfunctional place to work, due to extremely low turnover.
At least 50% of my crew were new hires, often very incompetent and un-engaged employees. It was very clear that there was almost no screening process for new Equipment Operators, leaving you to train guys that had absolutely no interest in what they were doing.
As a result, the majority of the experience would leave for more notable companies.
Additionally, the equipment is poor and its not out of the ordinary to spend 1 hr plus looking for a tractor with valid inspection/papers to take equipment out to location with.
No per diem
Man camp management is horrid (Midland,TX)
