Absoutley horrible to work for and with,
Pros
Working with the staff who all feel as ripped off emotionally, and financially. You become a family when you are all treated poorly.
Cons
Soaring expectations without compensation. No job descriptions so they just keep piling work on you and expect you to do it without any training. Learn by your own mistakes. No communication, all managers keep everything close to themselves so no one ever knows what's going on. Private company so they feel they can do whatever they want. They take advantage of the lack of job opportunities in Penticton and basically abuse their employees. No raises in 4 years, employees are making less money now than they did 4 years ago with the increases in CPP and EI. Managers all make bonuses so they don't care about the employees.
