      Old management, No intention to improve the system.

      Pros

      Uluberia unit seniors are very co-operative, knowledgeable, lot of things to learn, punctual in payment of vendors.

      Cons

      Old school thought process of management, HR is basically a puppet of management. No increment policy, no progressive thinking by the management.
