Pavilion is going through a tough time with its cash burn rate falling below. The founder designs and builds a great product and company. Arrives a new CEO , who has no prior experience in running a company or any pedigree. He goes on to fire the founder, in what looks to be some sort of power game. He could neither score funding or any sales , goes and cuts the engineering team to the bones. Survival from here looks almost impossible for the company. The CTO is almost invisible in the tech world and is power crazy and could fire people who disagrees with him mildly.

Horrible CTO playing around, using the dumb CEO like a puppet. The employees who have worked hard to make the product so good are suffering. Worst form of politics ruining a company that had a good future otherwise.
