good place to get experience and to improve skills on programming, because without experience you can not go to another place or company to work
Cons
developing some functionality for website, developing some functionality on client side exactly terminal client where customers can pay for some services, developing some functionality on server side too

If you want to learn more at the starting of the carrier then it is very good. You have the opportunity to talk with the client directly and share your thoughts regarding your ideas related to the project.
Cons
Alternate sat working, Leave policy is not good.
