Most of the non-management employees are nice and work together well. Many are willing to help when you have a question or are just overwhelmed for the moment. The actual pay is good but does not cover the lack of other benefits.
Cons
Benefits are minimal.
I started out thinking I would stay with this company until I retired but quickly found that some people could do no wrong while others could not do anything correct, in management's opinion. Some people can work from home but others in the same department are not allowed to even consider it.
We now have core values that we are all supposed to live and breath but when the owner and managers lie to your face it is hard buy into the values.

Thanks for the feedback. Our core values are what set us apart from other human capital management companies. Teamwork is super important to us. We work hard to embody those values so that we create a positive and equal work environment for everyone. Work life balance is also important to us. We recognize there are times when it is critical for one of our team members to be home for personal reasons. If the type of work they do allows, we try to work with our team members to put some of their hours in at home.
We also work hard at having competitive benefit packages. We offer a generous PTO policy which allows our staff to choose their time off work as sick or vacation. Also per our employee handbook we offer 3 days bereavement time. I would be happy to personally review all of our benefits with you. The employees are awesome to work with and work well together. The management cares personally and professionally for each employee. The owners treat staff very well, annual team outings, catered lunch atleast once a month, and holiday parties. Management is just as willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in to accomplish a task just as most of the staff is. You won’t find a better team to work with anywhere else.
Excellent work/life balance.

Autonomy, 50% of internal staff is good with knowledge share & have some long tenure employees
Cons
Management Favoritism, no defined rules of engagement for quota carriers, quota much higher compared to higher to other service bureaus. Managers also tote bags so availability is limited, no mentorship, high key staff turn-over. No formal on-boarding program or career pathing for employees. No off boarding with exit interview or surveys to learn of why working relationship ended.
