Strong emphasis on employee development and growth opportunities. Real client-centric approach with an amazing platform that continues to evolve. Large, dedicated development team focused on continuous improvement. Excellent customer service culture that truly prioritizes client success.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have created some adjustment challenges. Navigating return-to-office (RTO) policies while balancing employee needs is still a work in progress.
