- Owners are demanding and only care about dollars. Does not see the bigger picture in investing in initiatives to make employees’ daily work more efficient. - Toxic environment where managers talk about other employees constantly. No safe space of confidentiality. - Start up culture where individuals wear many hats, however ideas are squashed by upper management.

The people at the top are very good at making it seem like nothing is wrong.

Cons

Everything. From compensation to the way people are treated. You are underpaid, undervalued, and treated awfully. Most of the team is breaking their back, taking some sort of anxiety medication, and doing so much more to keep the company afloat just for the people at the top to belittle, bully, and talk down to them. No one will acknowledge what you do. For a place that promotes mental health, the people at the top don’t practice it or allow their employees to. They are constantly hounding and bullying employees. They call, text, and harass their employees. The company is underwater. They do not have any money because of reckless and pointless spending. Any of the “nice” reviews and “high star ratings” are lies. I’ve seen plenty of reviews that are now removed that should actually be on here to showcase what kind of company this is. Let’s see how long this review stays up before getting taken down.

Cons

Managers will talk to you like you’re stupid. Micro management every day. No flexibility in your schedule. Tells people they work too slow or questions every decision.
